Operational Kindness was born from the belief that systems should serve people — not the other way around. After two decades working in nonprofit development, grants, and organizational strategy, I saw how burnout often came not from the mission, but from the messy, unclear, or overcomplicated tools meant to support it.

We created Operational Kindness to offer simple, thoughtful, human-centered systems that help changemakers work better — and breathe easier.
